At PV Fashion, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below before raising a request.
Return & Exchange Window
Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item is received and passes quality inspection.
Reverse Pickup Charges
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee per item will be charged.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must have all original tags intact
- Must be returned in original packaging
Products returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange reverse pickup.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated after successful quality check.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care items
For certain promotional offers (e.g., Buy X Get Y), only exchange may be allowed, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Kindly share clear photos and order details for quick resolution.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.
Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the product you have. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without justification.
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
